Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding protocol between you and Digitize. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge your acceptance of these operational standards.
If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these standards. Disagreement with any part of these terms requires immediate cessation of service use.

Intellectual Property
System Ownership
All original architectural patterns, code, and editorial frameworks within our platforms remain the exclusive property of Digitize. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Your Assets You retain ownership of the data and creative assets you provide. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for project execution.
Our Frameworks Our tools and methodologies are protected under international IP laws. Use is restricted to the scope of your specific service agreement.
Commercial Terms
Protocol Fees
All service fees are tailored to the project scope and are exclusive of statutory taxes unless documented otherwise.
Billing Cycles
Invoicing follows the schedule defined in your partnership agreement. Prompt settlement ensures uninterrupted service flow.
Late Settlement
Arrears exceeding 15 days may result in technical suspension of service modules until the balance is resolved.
Legal Limits
Digitize and its partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. Our responsibility is limited to the direct execution of agreed-upon deliverables.
Account Status
Either party may initiate termination of the partnership following the notice period defined in the service agreement. We reserve the authority to suspend access immediately if protocols are breached.
Upon cessation of service, all usage rights for Digitize system frameworks revert back to the agency, while you retain your respective asset data.
Jurisdiction
These protocols are governed and interpreted under the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved within the high-end legal framework of our primary jurisdiction.
